The Cutest Craft

With 3 kids in school, (one in kindergarten & two in preschool), I've seen my fair share of crafts over the past few years. Annika brought home from school yesterday this cute craft project and I just had to share it with you.

Here's how to make your very own super cute Fuzzy Grass Caterpillar.
Supplies
Pantyhose
Potting Soil
Grass seed
Pipe Cleaner
Googly Eyes
Glue
Egg Carton

1. Cut pantyhose off above the ankle so that the foot portion is still in tact.
2. Mix potting soil and grass seed in a bucket.
3. Stuff the pantyhose with mixture.
4. Tie open end in a small knot.
5. Use pipe cleaners to make antenna (twist around small knot).
6. Glue on googly eyes.
7. Water every day and make sure it gets some sunlight.

Eventually the grass will grow through the pantyhose and will make a fuzzy grass caterpillar!
